• Boil 500ml water, remove from gas and add contents of the pack, stir vigourously till it dissolves completely. OR 1 measure of jelly mix and add 3 1/2 measures of boiled hot water & stir vigorously till it dissolves completely.

• Slowly pour into the moulds / bowl.

• Mixture will thicken as it cools. It will set in 1½ hrs. at room temperature.

• To serve chilled refrigerate for 1 hr.

• Loosen the edges with a knife and invert the mould / bowl carefully over.
